More Legal Trouble For Chris Brown As He Announces He Is "Not A Monster"

Chris-brown Chris Brown is is being sued by a photographer who claims he was beaten by Chris's bodyguard in March.  Robert Rosen is suing for personal injury, alleging he was roughed up after taking a snapshot of Brown at a Los Angeles fitness club on March 13, according to the lawsuit filed in L.A. Superior Court.   L.A. Fitness Club is also named in the suit.

Robert claims that he was chased by Chris's bodyguard after he took pictures of Chris playing basketball at L.A. Fitness Club.  He tried to run away but an L.A. Fitness Club employee allegedly "tried to block [Rosen's] exit and grabbed his clothing and body."

Rosen broke free but then fell down a flight of stairs, the lawsuit says. The bodyguard then allegedly "picked [Rosen] up by his shorts, and physically assaulted him," according to the lawsuit. Rosen adds he was "severely injured and disabled, both internally and externally," claims he was falsely imprisoned, and is seeking damages covering his medical bills and emotional distress.

Brown's lawyer, Mark Geragos, says, "This is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He’s done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."
An L.A. Fitness Club manager at the gym at issue had no comment.

This comes on the heels of Chris finally speaking about the Rihanna assault.  He posted a video on Bow Wow's website declaring, "I Ain't a Monster."  After months and months of no comment you would think he could have come up with something a little more eloquent to say.  And if I was his attorney I would be screaming at him for speaking at all.

Rihanna has been ordered to testify at the June 22 hearing, although I still stay say the chances of this going to trial are slim.  "The DA has advised me that she will be subpoenaed [to testify]," Donald Etra, her attorney said. "She absolutely will comply." He added that Rihanna would be subject to cross-examination.

June 22nd is my birthday. Oh please, Birthday Fairy, let my birthday wish come true: that, FINALLY, a girlfriend-beating celebrity asshole will get what's coming to him!

I wonder what his definition of "monster" is then? Cause he's certainly a monster in my book.
