Not To Be Super-Repetitive, Or Anything...
...but I hope you guys don't mind another True Blood promo photo post?
I didn't think so. Besides, if there's anything that could make Friday Eye Candy even better, it's perhaps a Thursday Afternoon Fluffer.
Since so many of you have asked, I am happy to announce that YES, YES, OH GOD YES, we will indeed be recapping True Love here at Mamapop. And by "we" I mean "me and myself and my copious amounts of free time HA HA HA." But I am ready for some dark, non-sparkly vampires of the non-purity-ring persuasion. Rawr, and etc.
Here, have a countdown widget.
And another picture of Bill & Sookie. Possibly about to (SPOILERS!) totally have sex.
Just a couple more weeks. A couple more long, rerun-filled craptacular weeks of nothing better to write about on Mamapop because THERE IS NOTHING GODDAMN ON TELEVISION. LAST NIGHT I WATCHED A COOKING SHOW THAT I'D ALREADY SEEN.
SPOILER! IT'S A CAKE.

If I were in magic Mama Pop land, I would give you a nudgie and an ‘aww…shucks you’re pretty’. I can’t wait for your recaps!
By the way, on May 24th there is supposed to be a True Blood sneak peak/interview-y type thing on HBO. This is also written on my calendar, in between kid doctor appointments and last day of school revelry. Priorities! I gots ‘em!

Oh good - someone else is obsessed with True Blood too! I just read the first Twilight (I got the books to read during labor, since they are very light and distracting - what is with the sparkling?) and it doesn't compare to the True Blood series.
Though, a piece of advice? If you were thinking about reading the Sookie Stackhouse books, don't waste your time. This is one of the very, very rare occasions when the screen version is better than the books, and it is much, much better.
In short - I'm due June 10th, and True Blood comes back June 14th. If I am in the hospital when it premieres, my husband better make sure the DVR works properly. Otherwise, he is responsible for diaper duty. Possibly forever.

Keep on keepin' on with the TrueBlood. I can't wait until the premiere of the second season.

The sparkly vampires turned me into a giddy twelve-year-old girl, so I think True Blood just might blow my mind.
PS In the first picture doesn't Bill kinda look like Paul Rudd?

"If you were thinking about reading the Sookie Stackhouse books, don't waste your time."
GASP! Whaaa?
Okay, moving on. Very yummy pics of Bill, but I can't wait to see more of Eric in season 2. Mmm... Eric. What a VILF.

LOL - Agreed. I covet the books. They are my literary crack.

Lived vicariously through the books - just got the first season of True Blood in the mail this week - & yes, have not been disappointed. May have to break down, come out of the dark ages and add HBO before June.

I agree! After much hype (and this was way before the TV series), I read the first book and hated it. I know they're popular, but I just could not get into the author's writing style and I do not plan to read any more of the books. I'll stick to the show, regardless if it stays true to the books...because I won't know the difference anyway.
