Neil Patrick Harris + Joss Whedon + Glee = MAMAPOP IS TAKING OVER THE WORLD
Someone up there must love us, because we are one unicorn hair away from an episode of Glee directed by Joss Whedon and guest starring MamaPop's gay boyfriend, Neil Patrick Harris. Fuckin' a, right?
Earlier this year, it was confirmed that our favorite stalkee, Joss Whedon, would direct an episode in the back nine of this season of Glee. As if that weren't awesome enough, it now sounds as though the Whedon episode will also provide an opportunity to reunite Joss with his Dr. Horrible star, Neil Patrick Harris. I swear, if you threw Lady Gaga on a unicorn into the equation, I think you'd be able to hear our collective high-pitched screams of elation from Jupiter.
While Harris currently stars in a show that airs on a competing network (CBS), both How I Met Your Mother and Glee are produced by 20th Century Fox and air in different time slots, so it's expected he'll get the green light that will allow this trifecta of awesome to occur. Also to be taken into account is whether Glee's shooting schedule would conflict with How I Met Your Mother's.
I recommend that HIMYM producers Craig Thomas and Carter Bays negotiate a trade when hammering out the details with Glee producers. In other words, "we'll lend you Neil Patrick Harris if you let us borrow Jane Lynch." Think about it: Sue Sylvester on How I Met Your Mother and Barney Stinson on Glee? EVERYBODY WINS.

I predict NPH being *related* to Mr. Shue. Resemblance, anyone? Seriously though, if they worked Gaga and the unicorn in, the global recession would end... because the fabric of the universe would rip and destroy everything. It's just too much awesome in one place. It defies thermodynamics.
