It Is Official: The Gosselin Kids Are Back On TV

Kate-gosselin-with-children I would like to say it is not so, but I would be lying.  TLC managed to file the neccessary paperwork this time, and the Gosselin 8 are going to be back on the air in Kate's new show Kate Plus 8.  I know.  It is like a bad dream that will not end.

Can we all make a pact to just not watch it and maybe it will get canceled from bad ratings.  A girl can dream, right?  Because what these children really need is to live their parents divorce out on television.  I'm sure they are doing just fine, right?

As a mom, I have to say, I think it is time for these kids to just have some privacy.  I agree that Kate needs to work, and I have no issue with her having a job, but let the kids grow up in peace.

Troy Thompson, spokesman for the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, says producers have obtained child-labor permits for the children to appear in the series.  The permit is only good for 6 months, and after 6 months TLC must reapply.

How they got away with never doing this for Jon and Kate Plus 8 I do not know.

Kate has also begun filming Twist of Kate,  in which she attempts to face the challenges of other people's families.

The Twist of Kate show makes me laugh. Kate is going to try to help other women with their own struggles> That's like my brother in law deciding to be a marriage counselor after his second divorce. It's the blind leading the blind.

What's really sad is Kate parading her kids on TV like prize ponies. She's a disgusting person, and the sad thing is her ex is no better.

Stephanie

This is really a shame. Those poor kids need the chance to just live their lives without being on television. Uggh. I won't be watching it.

Rhonda

Blech. They are just sad.

Dammit. Who am I kidding? I'm totally going to watch it. I is a loser, baby.
