Sneak Peek! Housecat Housecall on Animal Planet

-animal-planet  Move over, Dog Whisperer. Animal Planet's got a show just for us parents of feline troublemakers, and we've got a sneak peek!

Housecat Housecall is visiting everyone from a family with a scaredy cat to Carrie Ann Inaba from Dancing With the Stars, who beats even yours truly with FIVE cats running her household. (I have three, all of which are presently trying to type this for me, like, gee, thanks, cats.)

So check out the preview here and tune in Saturday 10:30 AM E/P to Animal Planet to watch people with more cat problems than we have (if that's possible.) Cat mommies and daddies unite!

And stay tuned to MamaPop for an upcoming Skype interview with Carrie Ann Inaba and Miss Banshee, where we'll talk DWTS and cats and whatever other dish I can get. Coming soon!

I want them to come to my house. My old lady cat won't stop peeing in the corner of my living room. Help me, Animal Planet!

Cindy, have you tried just putting a litter box there? Checking to see if there's some reason your cat can't get to her litter box? Having a vet check to see if there's a medical reason? "Starting From Scratch" is an excellent cat behavior book. You also could call your local shelter, they might have a behaviorist on staff. Washington Humane Society has one who does email/phone advice as well as in person sessions.
